Onsite Catering

Stunning, newly renovated venues are ideal as a backdrop for the masterpiece creations our chefs are known for.  Allow our catering professionals to create custom-tailored menus and packages for you.  Your feast will not only thoughtfully reflect your dietary, taste and ethnic requirements, but also appeal to the eye and the palate. Select Hyatt’s signature Personal Preference Dining option to treat your guests to a custom-printed menu and four-course meal featuring several entrée selections.  Choose from an extensive array of dining choices, including:

  • Pre-wedding breakfasts, from the All American Continental to buffets with omelet stations and bagel bars
  • A “pick-me-up” break, offering everything from your favorite childhood treats to sliced fruit or health bars
  • Delightful lunches, such as Pacific Rim and New York Deli buffets or vegetarian wraps with fresh berry tarts
  • Spectacular hors d’oeuvres with a mix of hot and cold choices in a variety of ethnic themes including carving stations, sushi, stir-fry stations, bruschetta stations, pasta stations, antipasto platters and mashed potato bars
  • Classic buffets, featuring carving stations, seafood, international cheese displays, and entrees such as Grilled Salmon and Garlic and Herb-Crusted New York Strip Loin
  • Plated banquets, including appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Choose from such personal preference menu entrees as Grilled Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Chicken Breast stuffed with Apple and Fennel or Oven-Roasted Halibut

Personal Preference Dining
Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the soup and salad, while our Chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented for each guest. Ask your Wedding Specialist for more details.
