Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Greenville will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, if you wish. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Linen / Table Settings
Tables will be set with white tablecloths and can be accented with a white linen napkin or a variety of colored linen napkins. Upgrades such as accent fabric overlays or chair covers can be coordinated. Each table will be set with our full service setting to include our finest china, stemware and silver. Table decor includes a square mirror tile with votive candles designed to complement your florist’s centerpiece.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom. Hyatt Regency Greenville offers special discount valet and self-parking rates for your evening wedding guests in our covered, attached 1000-space garage.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Greenville. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.

Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Greenville Wedding Package are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A 10% deposit of your food and beverage minimum is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards the total due. Payment in full is required prior to your event.
A final number of guests is required three (3) business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
